Interdek

Fields of Application

Interdek has been designed and developed as a protective and/
or isolating layer over the roofing membrane for receiving paving
etc, NOT as a waterproofing membrane.

• As a nailable layer under roof sheets and roof tiles
  
• As a nailable underlayer on timber boarded roofs followed
  by Unitorch 4mm
  
• As a separation sheet on top of fully torched waterproofing
  membranes under tiles and brick paving

Application

• Surface preparation is of paramount importance to the success
  and long-life of the system. Ensure that the surface to be
  treated is dry and sound, free of loose, dusting, flaking particles
  and free from contaminants such as grease and fungus.
  
• Interdek can be loose laid or nailed using clout nails (in
  conjunction with flat washers).
  
• Laps are typically 50 mm.
  
• It can be cut on site with a standard cutting knife and can be
  spot bonded with Rubberised Bitumen.
